The Good:
The Torch is by far the best BlackBerry ever made, its intuitive touchscreen interface, and high app quality put it right on par with the iPhone. The inclusion of a QWERTY keyboard makes it much easier to use too. The specs aren't the best, but it goes unnoticed. Overall a smooth experience
The Bad:
The specs aren't as high as its competitors, but the price is.

The slide out Qwerty keyboard is brilliant, and its deffinately much easier to use than other BlackBerrys
The Bad:
The build quality and UI are terrible compared to other phones in the price range. I would highly recommend checking out other offerings from Sony Ericsson, Samsung, HTC.
